I attend Jane’s Zoom yoga classes weekly and could not do without them. Jane is such a thoughtful yoga teacher and her calm manner helps to take away the stresses of the day. Being an ex-physio she is so knowlegeable about the human body and what each pose is doing for you which is incredibly helpful.
